I had the pleasure of talking to experienced parent and parenting coach Sue DeCaro about conscious parenting, what it is, how it works, and how she advises us all to go deep and connect with ourselves and with our children. We talked about the importance of being aware of our upbringing and conditioning, as well as our childhood wounds to then listen to ourselves and arrive at how we want to show up for our children.
